Powdered coagulant linen washing wastewater decomposition, adsorption, and coagulation treatment test.
Confirmed that a large floc is formed, which is colorless and transparent, significantly reducing COD!
We would like to present the results of tests conducted on linen wash wastewater using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for adsorption, coagulation, and decomposition coagulation treatment. By adding a pretreatment agent at 0.05% and the COD decomposer "NAS-01" at 0.05%, along with "TN315-T3" at 0.05%, we confirmed the formation of large flocs, resulting in a colorless and transparent solution that significantly reduces COD. It is believed that by passing this treated water through an activated carbon adsorption tower, it can be reduced to below the target COD value of 30 mg/L. [Experiment-1] ■ 0.25% and 0.5% of "NAC-01" were added to the raw water and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Then, after adding 0.05% of "TN315NY-S1", strong stirring (1000 rpm) was performed for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. ■ The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
