Powdered coagulant linen washing wastewater decomposition, adsorption, and coagulation treatment test.

Confirmed that a large floc is formed, which is colorless and transparent, significantly reducing COD!

We would like to present the results of tests conducted on linen wash wastewater using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for adsorption, coagulation, and decomposition coagulation treatment. By adding a pretreatment agent at 0.05% and the COD decomposer "NAS-01" at 0.05%, along with "TN315-T3" at 0.05%, we confirmed the formation of large flocs, resulting in a colorless and transparent solution that significantly reduces COD. It is believed that by passing this treated water through an activated carbon adsorption tower, it can be reduced to below the target COD value of 30 mg/L. [Experiment-1] ■ 0.25% and 0.5% of "NAC-01" were added to the raw water and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Then, after adding 0.05% of "TN315NY-S1", strong stirring (1000 rpm) was performed for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. ■ The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Results of the study on the treatment of wastewater from cleaning heavy fuel oil tanks using inorganic powder coagulants.

Easily reduce COD Mn and n-hexane extractable substances! It is possible to obtain colorless and transparent treated water.

We would like to present an overview of the results of treatment tests conducted using special adsorbents and the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for the wastewater from the fuel oil tanks of a thermal power plant. The concentrations of oil and COD components were lower than expected; however, after performing adsorption treatment with the special adsorbents "CS-05" and "NAC-01," we were able to easily reduce COD Mn and n-hexane extractable substances by using our product for coagulation treatment. We were able to obtain colorless and transparent treated water. 【Treatment Conditions】 ■ Added 0.3% of the special oil adsorbent CS-05 and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Added 0.5% of the special powdered activated carbon "NAC-01" and stirred for 10 minutes, then added 500 ppm of "TN315NY-T3," stirring vigorously for 1 minute and gently for 2 minutes to form flocs. ■ Filtered this using ADVANTEC No.5A quantitative filter paper and requested analysis from a measurement certification facility. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Inorganic Powder Coagulant Super Namiit Reservoir Water Treatment Test Results

By using "TN315NY-T5," it is possible to significantly reduce turbidity components and others easily!

We would like to introduce the test results of removing turbidity components and others through coagulation treatment using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit." The treatment target is the mixed water from leachate at a landfill and boiler-related wastewater discharged from industrial waste treatment facility boiler equipment, which is stored in a retention pond. It was found that using "TN315NY-T5" allows for a significant reduction of turbidity components and others easily. 【Treatment Conditions】 - After adding "TN315NY-T5" at 500 ppm to the raw water, strong stirring (1000 rpm) was conducted for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. - The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Study Results on Inorganic Powder Coagulants for Treating Turbid Water Containing Hexavalent Chromium

It is possible to reduce the concentration of hexavalent chromium to below the environmental standard value of 0.05 mg/L!

We would like to present the test results of the coagulation treatment of hexavalent chromium-containing wastewater from an industrial waste disposal site using our inorganic powder coagulant, "Super Namit." 500 ppm of "TN315CK" was added to the raw water, followed by strong stirring for 1 minute and weak stirring for 2 minutes. The supernatant was then filtered through rayon non-woven fabric with a pore size of 20 μm, and the filtered water was used for measurement. As a result, it was found that it is possible to reduce the hexavalent chromium concentration to below the environmental standard value of 0.05 mg/L. 【Treatment Conditions】 - 500 ppm of "TN315CK" was added to the raw water, with strong stirring for 1 minute and weak stirring for 2 minutes. - The supernatant was filtered through rayon non-woven fabric with a pore size of 20 μm, and the filtered water was used for measurement. - The measurement of hexavalent chromium concentration was conducted using a pack test. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
